At Farmry.com, we strive to make returns, exchanges, and refunds as simple and convenient as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day, money-back return policy from the shipment date.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Start Your Return or Exchange:
    To begin, contact us at info@farmry.com with a photo of the item and details about your return or exchange request. You will need return authorization before sending anything back. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.
  • Returning an Item:
    Once your return is authorized, please ship the item back in its original condition and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. After we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Exchanging an Item:
    If you prefer to exchange an item, please include the SKU of the product you'd like to receive in your return authorization request. For faster processing, feel free to place an order for the replacement item before sending the original back.
  • Repackaging:
    Make sure to return the product in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely. If your item contains flammable liquids, ensure it is vented and dried for at least 24 hours before returning it. The sender is responsible for following all safety regulations when shipping such items.

Initiating a Return

  • Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at info@farmry.com with your order information and a specific reason for return. It is easier to keep our promise and respond within 24 hours.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please provide photos of any damaged or defective items to best help us with processing your return.

Return Process

  • Approval Required: All returns must be approved. Any unauthorized returns received will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Label: If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label-friendly.
  • Packaging: All returned items must be in original packaging with all accessories, otherwise your return cannot be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to neglect, and misuse.
  • Items damaged by natural disasters.
  • Normal wear and tear on disposable items (e.g., belts, blades).   
  • Theft or loss of product ALL of the parts supplied need to be returned for a refund.

Returnable Items

We accept returns for defective items or items that arrive broken, as long as the item hasn't been used. Please contact us immediately with your concerns, photos, and with any additional information should your items arrive incomplete, or in an unsatisfactory state.

Return Charges

  • Faulty Products: If the return is due to our error or product quality issues, you will receive a full refund, including return shipping.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you return an item for reasons such as disliking it or ordering the wrong size, you will need to pay a 15% restocking fee, to be clear the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders canceled before our shipment to you may incur a 6% processing fee within processing time of order which mean before order is shipped.
  • After Shipment: Once an order ships from our warehouse, it cannot be recalled, exchanged, or canceled. If you wish to return it, a 15% restocking fee, as well as return shipping charges will apply.
