Warranty

 At Farmry.com, we offer a one-year warranty for most power equipment (excluding commercial use, which is covered for 30 days). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, starting from the shipment date. For certain brands like RATO, DUCAR, B&S, and HONDA, warranty terms may vary according to their rules. Farmry may repair, replace, or refund defective products or those damaged during shipping. Normal wear and tear is the customer’s responsibility outside of the terms of the warranty.

Warranty Repair Process

  • Authorized Service: Repairs must be performed by an authorized Farmry service center. Contact us at info@farmry.com for repair inquiries and return instructions.
  • Self-Repairs: If you attempt repairs yourself, no compensation will be provided for labor. For warranty-covered parts, please contact us at info@farmry.com for assistance.
  • Return Authorization: Before returning any defective product, obtain Return Authorization by contacting our Customer Support at info@farmry.com.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage from weather or external factors
  • Normal wear components (e.g., blades, hoses) unless clearly defective
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Repairs outside of warranty scope

Farmry reserves the right to deny claims at its discretion. Any claims outside the continental U.S. may incur additional shipping charges.

Claim Process

  • Submit a Warranty Claim: Complete the Claim Form or email it to info@farmry.com with clear photos of the issue.
  • Claim Review: Our Claims Department will respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

Engine Warranty

Engines from RATO, DUCAR, B&S, and HONDA brands are covered for one year under their respective warranty rules. Please contact us at info@farmry.com for service details if you need engine repairs.

Limitations of Liability

Farmry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or savings, arising from the use of our products. This includes errors, omissions, or any loss related to product use.
